Started a MS last fall at UTulsa working on molecular ecology of caudates, previously worked on anoles. Also interested in snake evolution.

Sorry Nick, but this isn't a Sceloporus. It's definitely something from the famil Teiidae. It might be a little bit outside of the range, but it looks to me to be closer to an Aspidoscelis deppii
Could also be a leopard frog. There are two species in Indiana (plus Green and Bullfrog).
This is a millipede, not a caterpillar
Argy, this was about a meter high, and 2-3 across. I've seen these take up a sizable area before. Jellis, I'm sure it would be. It's ant waste, so it probably has a decent nitrogen content.

Marinus is correct. Out of the 5 anoles known for Grand Cayman, this is the only one that comes close. Looks like you have a female.
