A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Thank you, this was both fun and educational not to mention a good way to make use of all those photos, that are fun to take, but usually end up in a forgotten folder somewhere. It's a bit addictive though.
There's a lot of seals, we saw a mink and they have grazing sheep and goats to keep the landscape open. There's probably foxes and hares and other small mammals. Where I found it, on top of a cliff, it must have been brought by a seagull. They usually drop mussels and crabs from a height on to the rocks to break them open, and then eat on the highest point of the island to keep lookout.

It would be interesting to revisit, though it was one of the biggest anthills I've seen, it didn't look anywhere near finished.
