Really cool spider. I think I have seen these around the lilypads that grow in our marsh. I would never have realized there was such a thing as a fishing spider. I love this site. I learn so much.

I saw a bunch of these munching on a dead mouse once. I had never even knew these existed. Thanks for the i.d. I never knew what they were.

I know this is a sedum. I have lots of it growing in my yard. I can't be sure if I got the exact scientific name, but it will have tiny yellow flowers very soon. It spreads all over everything, even across the top of weed blocker. It is easy to get rid of, though. Just pull it up.

I have been looking up wood wasps and sawflies. The markings are way different from the photos I saw of wood wasps, but the wings are folded like wood wasps, and the stinger is similar.

Can't imagine what it is. I thought it was maybe a type of lacewing, but nope, the shape is right but the wing is not. Hope somebody can help out.
