This look like a Daring Jumping Spider, they seem to be rather popular today.

Looks a lot like cherry blossoms. So probably a tree from the genus Prunus. Not really sure which type of tree though.

They look like paper wasps (Ropalidia), though I can't tell what kind exactly.
