This is most def a huckleberry, closely related to the blueberry
Didnt see the second pic lol it looks like an albizia julibrissin, except for the flowers possibly a mimosa, or acacia
It is mimosa Pudica a ground cover and invasive species
You seem to find lots of leg less creatures while digging lol lucky you!
That's a live oak for sure
I seen so many today but couldn't get close enough to catch one
