Well I can't be sure since I'm quite unfamiliar with all those other ones listed, but you are right it does look just like the images I'm seeing online.
The web does remind me of Mecynogea. Compare with

Interesting spider..... not something I'm familiar with that I can think of. However a dorsal shot of the spider would help a lot. I love that web with all those perfect little squares!
Hi Joe, This looks like a Cyclosa species to me. The World Spider Catalog (WSC) lists the following Cyclosa in that area: baakea, banawensis, bifida, conica, dives, dosbukolea, insulana, ipilea, krusa, mulmeinensis, otsomarka, parangmulmeinensis, parangtarugoa, saismarka, & tricolor. That's a lot of choices!

If this one were in America I'd suggest a Tortoiseshell, genus Nymphalis.
