Hartlaub's gull, I agree with Triggsturner. :O)
Dark red legs and bill, black eye, no grey hood (compared to the similar species the grey headed gull)
Are they in a zoo? Their natural habitat is the Namib desert, Bostwana, South Africa..certainly not Baden-Wurtenberg ;O)
