Yes, it is a lugworm cast
So the lugworm is not there, but they created this as they were ingesting then digesting the sand. It's very interesting, you should read up on it :)

íslenska sauðkindin is simply "Icelandic sheep" in Icelandic. This is not the scientific name, just a common name. Otis aries is the scientific name, as it is a domestic sheep.

I think it is a species of Comb Jelly (Ctenophora), though it is hard to tell which one.

Amazing find! Absolutely incredible.
I believe it is a green crab (Carcinus maenas) in one of its first benthic instars.

Looking at your third picture of its abdomen, this is a male green crab, due to the triangular shape (females are more rounded to allow them to hold their eggs).
