They definitely look like starlings to me
I'm pretty sure those are European Starlings, Sturmus vulgaris. They are a problem invasive species that steals nesting habitat from native birds.
Not a lizard, but a salamander (which is an amphibian). It is a Red-spotted Newt, Notophthalmus viridescens.
