This is probably a mosquito fish - they are very common in the pond here at BHS. Check out Angie C's picture and posting - it shows the fish out of water with a better view.

"Mushroom" is too general for a common name - there are lots of types of mushroom. EDIT your spotting to "HELP ME ID SPECIES" to get some help from other Project Noah spotters.

Try uploading the same picture for a NEW SPOTTING - the flower is a different species and should not be too hard to identify (HINT: look up goldenrods)

Switch this to "HELP ME ID THIS SPECIES" It is not a mosquito and you need help figuring out what it is.

I don't think this is a baby carp - they have down turned mouths. Try looking up mosquito fish.
