Wonderful tree! At a first glance it looked like Bunya bunya. But leaf detail shows it's not.
I think it's Passiflora vitifolia.
Interesting plant! Never came across something like it. Those petal-like structures are leaves. And for some reason the plants seems to be a member of Rubiaceae. Do consider adding the photo to the mission named "Flowers of Sri Lanka". :)
