I had a breeding pair as 'pets' in the house! My mom in law has them now, and I just LOVE to go listen to them and watch them, their breeding calls and 'talk' is so awesome...such neat birds!

That is a baby (most likely just hatched) Praying Mantis. I have shot of one as well, it's as small as my pinky nail or smaller. :)

I dont normally like bee's, being allergic and the pain of a sting may have something to do with it, but these bee's are truly beautiful in color! :)

No, they are either Hens and Chicks or Sempervivum which is a plant related similar to the aloe, in that it has thick "meaty" like leaves which is where it stores it's water, and is a low laying ground covering plant, from what I've read on them.
