Spider Monkeys are new World. So only SOuth America. This is a spectacled Langur/ Leaf Monkey (Trachypithecus obscurus)

The black patch only exist on males and they attain during mating periods

I don't think so, this is similar but the colouration definitely different. Plus the island that it comes from is full of endemic species
