The sepals (if you enlarge the photo) are consistent with I.hederifolia but not I.quamoclit.
The leaves are not finely divided as in I.quamoclit, but basically entire with some peripheral points.

The bloom looks to be Ipomoea quamoclit, yet there are zero leaves of I.quamoclit in the photo...the bloom seems to just appear out of nowhere...
