This is very close to Achaea catella but not quite right.
I think this is Acontia insocia.
Sorry not plusiopalpa, could be on of the Nolidae but I am not very confident about it.
This used to be in the Xanthodes family but like so many African species just when you get used to the name it changes!!
Most likely to be octomaculata from the location but I am not familiar with the undersides of this paticular species
This is very similar to the bird dropping moths (Acontia's) but is actually a different family and is now back in the Nolidae.
