Almost looks like a Cuban tree frog, osteopilus septentrionalis. They are sometimes kept as pets but secrete a substance on their skin that can cause eye irritation, so they're not a typically preferred species for a pet frog..

I think the slimy salamander may be the first picture, the second picture may be Eurycea longicauda longicauda, the Northern Two-Lined Salamander. Very sweet spottings!
