LivanEscudero, thanks for the help... this has been a hard one to ID. The area I found it at is a popular camping site, so there is a possibility that it was an escaped/released pet. Also, if it helps, the frog was about 4-5 inches long.

armadeus.4, yes, after 60 seconds or so the centipede eventually make it into the crack you see in the photo and disappeared from site.

Shoot, thanks for the catch on the marker location, should be on the beach near Washburne State Park, north of the city of Florence, OR. Will fix now!

Just out of curiosity, can anyone ID the small animal (crustacean?) that the kingfisher is eating? It was in a freshwater pond adjacent to a rice patty.
