I'm not familiar with plants in your location, but the flowers look like those of the wood sorrel family (Oxalidaceae)
It's not fully grown yet, so it's hard to tell for sure. The shape of the abdomen resembles Diaea, but it may also be a juvenile Ebrechtella tricuspidata.
The fourth photo is the easiest to see the cross mark on its back, where it's latin name "crucifer" comes from.

Looks closer to a huntsman or trap-door spider than a tarantula (Theraphosidae)
Looks like a young male Lyssomanes viridis. You're probably not going to find the green huntsman (Micrommata virescens) in North America- it has a European range. Green lynx males have larger palpal bulbs, and legs are generally a more yellow color and hairier than your picture.
