The location of the spotting on the map is quite a bit further north than the northern bound of this species' range. Additionally, you said in the comments that you spotted this in Castle Rock SP, which is in Santa Cruz County. Thank you!

Pretty sure Lophiaris sp. or hybrid. Taxonomy of these oncidium alliance orchids seems to be very chaotic at the moment so not sure about anything more specific.
Not sure as it doesn't have flowers but could be a Maxillaria sp.
