Pardon me but i really belive thats a Neurothemis terminata :) Still without a common name. N.fluctuans have a more curvy white-red border at the hind wing, N.terminata only have the white section on the wing tip.

Ash, its nowhere close to a helmeted hornbill. the 'horn' of the helmeted is more squarish :)

Thanks! Its a 'she' actually. The size including leg span, roughly about 3 inch width and 5 inch length. Males are much smaller, about 1cm or less
