I caught one of these in Tampa Bay, Florida one time. They have beautiful emerald eyes, a dolphin went for it while i was reeling it in then changed its mind :D

there are a few look alikes, if they have green spore prints at maturity they are more likely http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorophyll...

if its a shaggy parasol yes. you want to make sure it isnt one of these though.... Chloerophyllum molybdites

looks like a shaggy parasol to me. A bunch of these have been popping up around my apt complex.
