Looks like this is in the Boraginaceae family. It reminds me alot of forget-me-nots, but this genus has purple sepals. Maybe Siberian Bugloss, Brunnera macrophylla. Check it out here, and see what you think.

It's very interesting that you were able to capture both sexes. I've never seen the Female (black) in person before.

The males are just Black and Yellow, but the Females come in two different morphs, one very similar to the male but with blue spots on the hindwing. The other morph is black still with blue spots. Makes for a very beautiful sight when they are seen together.

Hello! I'm sorry, I put two tags on, although the Daylily is often called simply a lily, the Daylily is more accurate and holds the proper scientific name, Hemerocallis fulva
