a true pleurotus has gills running down it's stem/stipe
This is false turkey tail. True turkey tail is smooth on it's underside and has a distinct white edge.

You're very welcome! Angel wings are smaller and more fragile. With oysters I usually try to take a minimal amount if its a small cluster... if it's bigger, take more! always leave at least a few remaining.
Pleurotus ostreatus; oyster mushroom. Choice edible. Note how the gills are decurrent (run down the stem)
