A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Wildlife biologist, ecologist, naturalist. Happiest when outdoors miserable when not. I simply enjoy being with nature.
Sign In to followThank you for your input. I will say it is a Willow Flycatcher for now, and perhaps more people will comment. Great photo by the way!
Because of the absence of claw marks, bobcat was my first thought. Thank you for your input!
Possibly. But I will just keep at as Carnivora. Thanks!
Yes, thank you! I was very happy to have seen several signs of wildlife during my visit there. Especially after learning the magnitude of the fire. It shows how resilient nature can be.
Beautiful
What a beauty :)
Poor little guy. Beautiful too. I disliked finding fallen nestlings as a kid. The outcome was never good. Though now, I am fortunate to know a local wildlife rehabilitator that would take them.
Thanks a bunch, armadas.4 :)
