Very nice flower !!
It is called Bangkal in South and Central Kalimantan. It is native to Southeast Asia, New Guinea, and Australia. It is from Coffee family (Rubiaceae). Used for timber in woodcarving and folk medicine ^^
cute tiny flower. I also found this flower in Borneo island.
Thank you so much, Despina. Now, i'm sure it's Gardenia.
Yes, i think so. i'll wait a little more time. Thanks Andrea.
Very nice spot, very nice color !
Hi Andrea, Thank you so much for the information. I've checked it ^^
But, there's something just disturb me is the leaves. There's Magnolia that is similiar to this pics and it's endemic to West Sulawesi province of Indonesia but I'm in Central Kalimatan. So, i'm not quite sure about it too. It really looks like Gardenia spatulifolia but it looks like Magnolia vrieseana too. I was stuck so long with this flower since i arrive here. oh..........I'm really confused.
