I added another photo (not the best) and cropped the existing photos and uploaded them too. What looks like a white line on the ladybug in the original photos is a part of the plant I think and not the ladybug.

Yep same bug. I don't have many black ladybugs around here and was taking photos of this one before I lost it on the plant.

I have more photos I took at the same time I will look through and see if any are worth adding. Like I mentioned he would not sit still for me. ;)

That is a moth? Makes sense though. It was buzzing my squash in my garden. I didn't know a squash borer was a moth. I had a lot of trouble with them this year in my garden along with squash bugs.
