Thanks. Plants are considerate in that they don't move around much; I only wish I could get shots of birds as clear as this one.
Sure thing. On some of my other tree spottings (such as the Shagbark Hickory I just uploaded) I included I picture taken from the ground looking upwards along the trunk of the tree. Is that helpful? Are there other angles or features of the tree I should attempt to capture as well? I would include pictures of the leaves, but the trees in my area have not yet begun to leaf out.
Some type of Swallowtail butterfly, perhaps a female Easter Tiger Swallowtail?
