Berkeley Marina has three last time I was there. The one near golden gate fields is really curious and will be out in the open about four feet away from you.

That is actually a Fischer's! Did some digging around to double check

'Fischers has the spiked back, and Parsons has a smooth back with no spiked ridges. '

thats true, the californian king snake is non venomous. Its immune to rattlesnake venom. (also poisonous is only an animal that is eaten, if it injects its venomous)
