First of all that doesn't exactly look like horse manure. Unless that horse is ill it should have clumps. Second there are several herds of mustangs in a couple of states. They are in Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada.

Yes it does as long as it bears fruit. They don't have to be edible fruits to be fruit bearing.
