This is a Neoscona Crucifera Orb Weaver. The Wikipedia reference shows the picture of what I believe to be the St. Andrews Cross Spider (also an orb weaver).

This is the female Argiope Aurantia (Yellow and Black garden spider. They are not aggressive or harmful to humans and are great bug zappers. Keep this girl around!

It looks like a Harvestman. People refer to them as "Daddy Long Legs". They are more closely related to the Mite than they are to Spiders. They do not have the ability to make webs and they do not produce venom as spiders do. We used to play with them when I was a child.

Looks like a Neoscona Arabesca (or Orb Weaver Garden Spider). These are great girls to have around. They eat lots of bugs like wasps, mosquitos, moths, attorneys, politicians and grasshoppers. They are not harmful to humans and are not aggressive unless you poke them with a stick. The bite from one of these is equivalent to a bee or wasp sting.

I believe what you have here is a Harvestman. The Harvestman is usually refered to as a "Grand Daddy Long Legs" Spider but is more closely related to the Mite. Although it does have a similar appearance, it is not a Spider. If I am wrong (and it happens) I will glady eat my shoe. :)
