A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
I hope Kiki is as wonderful dog as our Louie, who was also found abandoned, near a building site.
I am new to Project Noah. How do I respond to someone's comment? MaryEvans2, ohmygosh, I would climb the walls if one of these was in my house. Shudder. Especially with babies scattering in every direction.
I wonder how old the baby is. Being a breastfeeding educator and supporter, I'd love to see this little guy nursing. Bet THIS mom doesn't hesitate to nurse in public!
I hope you'll share more photos of "your" tanager!
How beautiful! Here in the Appalachian mountains of VA, we have Scarlet Tanagers, Piranga olivacea, who must be close cousins of this Brazilian tanager. I have never been fortunate enough to get a photo of our tanagers; they are quite shy.
Thank you, Ava T-B . I'm a newbie to Project Noah and have a lot to learn. Thanks for the tip on the Rare Color Morphs.
Oooooooooo Tiffany - I think you are brave to be photographing spiders! Do it lots more! I know you have a lot of 'em around your place.
