Perhaps a masked owl? There a couple different species of masked owls, so you may want to look those up.
Not sure what they are, but they must be escaped pets because there is nothing like that native to North America. Maybe a tanager of some sort?
What is the other bird in the last photo?
Got a picture of the tail? It's either a young Sharp-shinned or Cooper's Hawk.
I want to say Cooper's but without a tail shot it's kinda hard.
