Its certainly possible but I figured Bee since he was covered in fine hairs instead of coarse hairs and has what looks like pollen in the hair.

Definitely a Nepal Grey Langur then. This was on the Lake Gosaikunda Trek which starts at 2500 m... Thanks for the help!

You might be able to try www.whatsthatbug.com but I don't know if they do spiders too...I don't think they are technically "bugs"...

They are pretty large to be a Hawk I think. I'd say they have a 3-6 foot wingspan, but I really don't know.
