Looks like either chicory or just a simple dandelion. It looks like there is a bud close to the plant that tells me this must be a dandelion but I could be mistaken. Might be other plant matter that fell before the picture was taken.

I don't think its a leopard frog. Our leopard frogs here in Michigan do not have the bumps like this one does ours have bigger black spots on them.

Sorry I don't know willows very well. I'm not sure if it is or not. It looks like a weeping something but I don't know what.

Yes definatly looks to be a cotton wood tree. Were the leaves shiny like a fruit tree? If so then thats probably it. They have little fuzzy seeds that look like snow when they fall.
