That's cool! I'm not sure I knew that. Hey, I learned something new today!
Thanks, valep1!
Awesome shot! i didn't know velvet ants did that.
Cute bug! BTW how'd you get your mission badges? I joined several missions and contributed several spottings but the only one i got was Mushroom Mapping. please help
Wow! This is such a cool bird. I'm going to Africa and i hope i can get some cool shots.
love these pics! what did you take them with? (Don't tell me it was your iPhone :D )
OK, i think i did. BTW, how do you get mission badges? it doesn't really tell you the specific requirements for a badge until you get it.
Awesome! This is one of my favorite insects, and it's so cool that got a picture of one!
Hey guys, thanks for your suggestion. I looked up Amanita parcivolvata and its common name appeared to be Ringless False Fly Agaric:

But i also looked up amanita muscaria and it looked more like this spotting. I think i'm gonna go with A. muscaria for now:

Oh, and by the way my spotting here:

was found right next to this spotting. I don't know if they're the same thing... but, just figured i'd let you know.
