Very nice! Truly awesome find of a very reclusive species! My first catch ever was a foot long eastern mud snake and I've never come across another in the wild.
This is a crested gecko and is not native to Puerto Rico.
This is a Burmese Python - Python bivittatus - obviously not a native species to Puerto Rico.
With the pattern on the sides and top of the head and face, and with the shape of the front beak, I would probably say it's a Green Sea Turtle. Loggerheads are similar but have a more pointy beak usually.
