I have a picture of a crow too (which I didnt upload) and its the exact opposite of dandoucette's- it has spots along the sides of its wings but its short of spots on the wings' middle portions. Subspecies maybe?

Thats a type of crow (danainae family) but I'm not sure which specific species it is.

VivBraznell, i checked them up and they are called climbing oleanders (strophanthus gratus) :)

looks like the dark blue tiger has a larger area of darker regions on its wings (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:VB_057...) than blue glassy tiger's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Blue_G...), but I am not too sure either. which looks more like the one you saw?
