Needs to be treated every year for hibiscus saw fly. They are what is doing damage to the foliage.

That's what I thought at first. It was hard to get a good pic but it is growing like this in large patches.

Not positive because of all the extra foliage but possibly a Martha Washington geranium.

This annual is often confused with coleus but is actually perilla 'magilla' and is more sun and drought tolerant than coleus.

The yellow is coreopsis and the purple is vetch
