I think those may be called tetras, they come in a multitude of colors

I believe that is some type of ice plant, I'm not sure the scientific name of it, but I think "ice plant" is the slang term for it

We call them sourgrass :). Is it edible? Hopefully, because I used to eat the stems as a child, well, I'm still breathing so it probably can't do too much harm hahaha
