Find the saprophytes in their natural habitat describe and photograph the plant(s) from a close(>1 meter) and moderately far (3-4 meters) vantage points Describe surrounding plants (ex. To help find some of the most rare and hard to find plants in the world their small stature and lack of color and short and varying times of bloom are a great contributor to this They have "leaves" that are close to the stem like the mission photo They have no bloom Some of the most common are coral root orchis and monotropaceas
