Description:

Estrella blanca de cordillera
Perennial white flower, can grow up to 20 cm.

Habitat:

High altitude close to the timber line, this one found above 2500 meters above sea level.
Watering conditions:
Somewhat dry areas where the drought may last 3 - 5 months. Precipitations of 400 - 800 mm. concentrated in winter. Humid areas, with almost constant rainfall. Short dry periods are possible (generally not longer than 1 month).
Light conditions:
Fully exposed to the sun. Level areas or slopes facing north.

Notes:

Perezia genus is very prolific in the Andes range, and always a good sight.
