Green rose c. 1833

Description:

Very easy to grow and disease resistant, novel rose. Small oval buds of blue-green open to double, leaf-like sepals that are green, with bronze at the tips. Fragrance is spicy with hint of pepper. Upright, shrub, aprox 4' - 5' tall.

Habitat:

Sun, does well in poor soil.

Have you tried hybridizing it with another rose to see what develops? I haven't been able to find this rose near me or I'd buy it where did you buy yours?
