old oak

Quercus sp ?!

Description:

M-HUNTER DEATHTRAP- An unaware mushroom-hunter, which look most of the time, down on the ground and fallen wood, could easily run into this situation. Not meantioning the "rusty porecrust- fungi" at the tree itself, a visitor not noticing this assembling could push the "trigger"-branch away, while searching for fungi on it or on the ground. Maybe i saw it a little bit wrong and it will happen completly nothing, but i don't wanted to try it out this day! Safety first- it exist something like natural deathtraps - so be always alert, especially when you're alone outside !!!

Habitat:
