Blue-violet to white flower with whitish center, 5 petals. Leaves are basal, ovate or broadly heart shaped, often hairy and on stalks. Blooms April to June.

Habitat:

Woodlands, thickets, wasteground throughout USA. This one popped up in my backyard lawn.
