Photo take at -30 ft near a coral reef this Algae is very common in this area and the Caribbean sea, about 5 cm tall looks like funnel look green color grows from the sand.
Found in the Western Atlantic Tropical and subtropical waters from Florida all the Caribbean sea to Brazil.

Wow! Did'nt know there was a Mermaids Tea Cup. I found Mermaids Wine Glass http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/101... washed up on the beach here after a storm. Took me a long time to identify them but so happy that I did. Love the common names. Have'nt spotted any mermaids yet!
