Grey kangaroo

Description:

I found this little Joey in her poor dead mum's pouch at the side of the road. I called WIRES. A lady came the next day. She says they're called pinkies when they are this young. The joey survived. We called her Annie 'cos she's an orphan.

Brilliant! Well done! I remember watching a video about the life of the Kangaroo when I was travelling to Uluru on a bus from Alice Springs and being completely 'blown away'. There are so many wildlife documentaries about the big cats, wilderbeest migration etc., but to me this tops them all. Absolutely incredible!
