Description:

The leaves are narrow and corrugate and glossy, white-yellow color. Has evergreen leaves. Have a sweet fragrance.

Habitat:

Well drained soil required to plant. If planted in moist soil it will rot. Can survive in a rainy climate or a dry climate (preferably dry) Plenty of sun and water to maintain soil moistness above a state of dryness. If the plant receives a lesser amount of sun, then a lesser amount of watering is necessary. The more sun, the more water. The less sun, the less water.

Found throughout Mexico, polynesia and southeast asia. Used in Hawaiian lei and dyes
