Acraspis
Very ant-like in appearance, as many wasps would look if they lacked wings. Tribe Cynipini. There are 4 North American cynipid genera have a wingless asexual generation: Acraspis, Philonix, Phylloteras, and Trigonaspis. They are difficult to distinguish by photos alone. Though they are called wingless, I think they have small, vestigial wings that you can see if you look closely.
