very interesting - does look like a concealer moth (long curved labial palpi) with very long legs ! nice spotting and good luck with the ID..

try Cosmopterix. I have a bunch of micro moths that remain unidentified for YEARS. So I know the feeling.

I would even say a micro moth, however, this makes the ID not easier.
