Very small (12-15mm and about 2mm in diameter) beetle attracted my attention while sitting on the porch on a recent visit to Namaqualand, South Africa.

Habitat:

Diverse habitat, including flowers, fungi, leaf litter, under stones, nests of birds, etc. throughout South Africa

Doesn't even look like a beetle. Good mimic.
